1. The service

Ni'mah connects customers with restaurants offering surplus food at a discount. Box contents are surprises and depend on what is left at the end of service.

2. Reservations & payment

Reservations are binding once payment is confirmed. Pickup must occur within the published window or the order may be forfeited.

3. Refunds

If a box is unavailable on arrival, contact support within 24 hours for a full refund.

4. Conduct

No fraud, abuse, or resale of boxes. Accounts may be suspended for breach.

5. Liability

Ni'mah is a marketplace. Restaurants are responsible for food quality and allergen handling. Always check ingredients before consuming.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
